Job Description

• Temporary 90 day contract with a view to a permanent position
• Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given
• Potentially occasional shifts on the bar.

Duties to include:
Food preparation and service
Adhering to all food safety, health and hygiene legislation
Ensuring the highest level of Kitchen cleanliness and organisation, including stock rotation and management.
