SHBC – Senior Monitoring Contract Officer

Job Description

As our Senior Contracts & Monitoring Officer you will be expected to demonstrate leadership in undertaking effective quality measuring to check that our providers meet their contractual, statutory and legal requirements.

You will create and maintain positive relationships with all contractors, meeting regularly to ensure continual compliance with standards and performance expectations; and when faced with challenge, exercise excellent judgement ensuring appropriate action plans are put in place and checked. You will be expected to regularly generate reports documenting the performance of our contracts.
