SHBC – Front of House Officer

Job Description

The successful candidate should have a background in Theatre working and a commercial awareness and experience in bar management and event organisation is advantageous. The role is varied and may involve managing the venue on a show night, selling tickets, room set ups and supporting with conferencing and a number of other services the theatre offers.

Full training will be given, but you should have a positive outlook, strong work ethic and ‘Can Do’ attitude to all tasks. You should have excellent customer service skills and work well as team while displaying a good use of own initiative.
