• The successful candidate must have proven retail experience preferably in a jewellery/giftware store...
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Excellent 'people' skills- ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
• Demonstrable ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
• Proven experience of decision-making in a similar role
