Job Description
With the imminent opening of our new showroom in Camberley, we are looking for an experienced showroom host/receptionist to join our successful team at Martins.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate an outstanding customer experience, whilst providing professionalism in a friendly, warm and welcoming manner. A good telephone voice and basic IT skills are also required.
Responsibilities include:
Answering the telephone
Meet and greet customers within the business
Able to offer and supply refreshments to all customers/visitors
Keep customer waiting area clean and tidy at all times
Register all incoming enquiries onto the in- house IT system
