Job Description
Santa - Facing the public and will need to demonstrate good personable skills and being a good member of our team. You will be working with children, high levels of enthusiasm and a passion for the magic of Christmas will need to be maintained, along with high levels of customer service and a positive attitude during the busy period. This is a costumed role. A DBS check will need to be carried out if you dont already hold one.own beard an advantage! but not essential.
Grotto Supervisor - Responsible for building and being part of a team managing and motivating, during the busy festive season. Other duties will include compiling staff rotas, cashing up at the end of each shift and completing figures to report back to the office. The role will involve wearing a festive costume, and is a public facing role, so maintaining a calm and positive nature is essential. Ideal candidates will also have a passion for story telling and the magic of Christmas.?
Grotto Helper - A team player who can you deliver the magic of Christmas to our customers and their children? This role will involve wearing a festive costume and previous experience in a customer facing environment would be helpful. Ideal candidates will be 17 years aged and above. and will also have a passion for working with children, story telling and the excitement of Christmas.
