About Us

Knights Property Services, part of Knights Group Worldwide LTD were established in 2013 and specialise in selling and letting properties in highly desirable areas across Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire. Knights Property Services is an experienced and innovative agency, providing expertise in all aspects of the residential sales and lettings market.

We are looking to recruit a branch administrator to join our experienced and hands on team. We do not require you to have any previous experience but if you do, that’s great! We are looking for the desirable candidate to have superb attention to detail, good computer skills and an excellent telephone manner. You will also be well presented and a good team player.

The role will be as follows:

·Audio typing of sales particulars

·Keeping the window display up to date

·Ordering Sold boards and For sale boards

·Sending out offer letters

·Sending memorandum of sales

·Checking Sales particulars with Vendors and getting them approved for circulation

·Putting properties onto property portals like Right move

·Updating the company website

·Answering the phone and taking messages

·Dealing with the public

·Business Generation

·Accounting/ Book keeping

·Audit schedules

·Attending morning meetings with the team.

·Meeting and greeting of footfall, clients, buyers/tenants, landlords and vendors

The requirements:
Excellent written and verbal English
Excellent IT and computer skills
Ability to prioritise and manage workload
Highly customer service focused
Well-presented
Self-motivated
Looking for a long term career
